We have done business with this dealership before, we bought a 2019 Ram Longhorn, that Jared Rogers found for us. It wasn't easy as I absolutiy won't Buy a Black Interior. Seems all RAMs an Chryslers have Black interiors. He moved us up from just a Ram to a Longhorn because he found the truck we love, because of the gray leather. Thanks to Jared. Now he has found the perfect car for us, a Lexus.
As soon as we pulled in the lot Donnie was out to help. He was patient and not pushy which is a huge deal for us.

I made an appointment two weeks ago for Check Engine Light service. I received three emails from McGrath confirming my appointment. When I arrived, they didn't have my appointment on the books. I left my car there anyway because today was the only day I could go without my car. McGrath proceeded to let my car sit there all day without getting looked at. What a waste. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never return.
Came in for an oil change, was told it would take about an hour and 15 minutes. Decided to wait, ended up taking 2 and a half hours. Was never talked to once about the delay or given an apology for waiting so long. If you’re going to go there plan on leaving and getting your car later that day. Their time estimates are never right.
Our sales person was very helpful and not over bearing. He was quick to help with anything.

I took my '94 Dodge Ram in because it would intermittently die, then start after sitting 10 minutes to cool off. They didn't have a computer system that would connect with my pre-OBD-II system, so they tried a shotgun approach. They asked if I wanted to spend $800 to have the distributor cap, rotor, wires, coil, and plugs replaced. Very friendly and reasonable starting price considering it will be negotiated. I'll just be happy when/if dealerships can ever just give a fair price from the start so negotiating doesn't have to take up everyone's time. However, compared to other dealerships, I gave them a 4, but would say more like a 4.5.
They were courteous, stood behind the quote, and were in touch frequently. An enjoyable experience.

They told me that my Jeep had a 2k bumper to bumper warranty. Now I have 1,200$ in a bill for my struts. They don’t stand behind there warranty. There is still a bad vibration in my steering wheel. I’ll never be at another McGrath lot again, I’ll never buy from them again.
I cannot say enough good things about your Service Dept! Stephen Nicholson has been my primary contact person, and always listens to my concerns. If I have a serious driving issue, Stephen always gets my Cherokee in to check it out. My last visit was due to a Recall Notice to update computer programing and an oil change. Stephen had convinced me to save money with your prepay oil plan, which made this service already paid for, and a free one on my next oil change.
They did a great job and were courteous. I will be glad to have my vehicle serviced there again.

We bought a Chrysler Town & Country here on March 30th, 2021. On our final test drive before signing all the paperwork, the engine light came on. They tested it and found it needed a new transmission. McGrath paid for it of course, but it delayed us taking possession of the van by a week. My experience with the salesperson (Braden J. Burr) was very professional, knowledgeable and provided the information that I was looking for on leasing a vehicle. The different personnel and departments that I worked with were friendly and presented an image of confidence in their product and working for the McGrath dealerships.
I came in for a nail in the tire and left with four new tires. They explained why the tire couldn’t be repaired and got me a good deal on the tires. Stephen also kept me informed every step of the way, which really made me feel comfortable.

First new truck i have ever had.I have had my truck for 8 months. Its been in the shop for 8 weeks. Poor service. Don"t return calls. Been in for warranty work 3 times. First 2 times it was there 2 weeks each. Its been there going on 4 weeks and counting now. Did not have some of the Accessorizes it was advertised with when i bought it.All the finance person was interested in was adding extra cost items. Good luck getting a call back from the service department. The sales department doesn't know the truck line at all.
